Project Description
This six phase project took place to completely renovate the 24/7, 365 days per year operating lab in the lower level of the hospital. The lab remained operational during the renovation. Shut-downs and relocation of critical equipment were performed in minutes and preparation for these moves was critical. Coordination between trades, hospital engineers, and hospital staff was key.
